The main railway station in Kiev
Kiev`s main Passenger Railway Station services more than 170,000 passengers per day. The Railway Station provides long-distance service (including international) and a short-distance service (including nearby regions). Officially, Kyiv-Passazhyrskyi (in ukr.) Railway Station is used to be the whole huge complex of passenger terminals, railways and depots.
Ukrainian House in Kiev is nowadays a conference and exhibition hall on Khreschatyk street in Kiev. It was built in 1982 (1978-1982 construction) as a Lenin museum. It is situated on the European Square.
Independence Square in Kyiv
The Independence Square (or Maidan Nezalezhnosti in Ukrainian) is the main square in Kiev, and the most beautiful one. Parades, concerts, festivals and other city arrangements and holidays take place on this square.
